摘要

The work includes an index with two additional sections of interest to the reader. Chapters nine and ten provide explanatory remarks about the previous chapters. Chapter nine summarizes the work into best practices with key lessons from the cases presented in earlier chapters. Chapter ten, beginning with an introduction, breaks down the previous chapters to enable readers to set a management agenda using eight steps including guidelines and tactics. The field discredits itself so often by the failure in denning accurately what KM is. Knowledge management (KM) is the management of knowledge.
