In this paper, the existence and global asymptotic stability of positive periodic solutions of periodic n-species Lotka-Volterra impulsive systems with several deviating arguments are studied. By using the continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory and Lyapunov-Razumikhin method, sufficient conditions are obtained.
