On One approach to Support for Decision Making in R&D Planning. Part 1. The Long-Term plan Model

摘要

The approach is based on forming of the plan of research and development (PRD) on the current planning period as a time section of long-term PRD. Decision making concerning of a choice of the method of objective dynamic estimation which uses an hierarchy of objective. We have proposed the model of a PRD variant as well as method of preliminary selection of the admissible under resource restrictions long-term PRD variants.
