Investigation of Tendencies and Character of Changes of Emergency Situations in Ukraine

摘要

The analysis of dynamics of emergency situations of natural and man-caused character, which happened on the territory of Ukraine during 1997―1999 is done. Within the framework of the developed approach for construction of dynamic models under restricted substantively accessible statistical information we compute indexes of development, evolutionary indexes and parallelism matrixes for natural and man-caused emergency situations.
