Application of Algorithms of the Method of Batch Assessment of Arguments for Recovering Missed Data and Prediction of the Glucose Level in Blood on at Home Diabetes Monitoring

摘要

On at home monitoring of diabetes certain data about level of glucose in blood of a patient, rate of change of this level and some actual factors can be missed. For their recovering we propose specific interpolation models of the method of batch assessment of arguments, which are distinct by application of not only preceding but also further values of variables. We compare two methods, i.e., the first one uses interpolation models and the second one uses elimination of rows and columns with omissions from a sampling after transforming it to a conditional or simultaneous form.
