This paper is the extension of the work. The first part proposed the survey of authors' results in the domain of practical stability of nonlinear differential inclusions. Four forms of practical stability of differential inclusions have been determined and the theorems on properties of inclusion maximal set of initial data for these forms of practical stability have been given. Consideration has been given to maximal estimate of the right part in the problem on practical stability for differential inclusion. The second part deals with results of investigating the practical stability of linear differential inclusions. Consideration is given to criteria of the point belonging to the boundary of optimal sets of initial data, on which are based the algorithms of constructing the inclusion maximal sets of practical stability. We propose the numerical method of obtaining the optimal estimate of the right part in the problem on external strong practical stability of linear differential inclusion with convex phase restrictions.
