Topological Methods and Algorithms of Transform of the Contours and Regions of Flat Images

摘要

The topological methods and algorithms of transforms of contours and regions of the images in a plane are developed, theorem about the form of the skeleton of linearly approximated regions is proved. The proposed algorithms of transform of contours and regions were tested on the example of biomedical images.
