With Alliances, Samsung Pursues Membership in System LSI Club

Dae-Je Chin, Vice Chairman of Samsung Electronics and CEO of Samsung's LSI division, He earned the nickname Mr. Memory in Korea for his contribution to Samsung's success in the semiconductor field as the first person in Korea to develop 1M-bit and 4M-bit DRAM chips.
