Digital technology has spurred the cultivation of advanced-performance, sophisticated functionality and superb reliability in electronic equipment. Likewise, it has accelerated the use of increasingly dense mounting in electronic circuits. However, digital equipment generates a great deal of conduction and radiation noise, which interfere with the operation of other pieces of electronic equipment. Therefore, anti-noise measures are necessary with today's electronic products. These anti-noise measures, commonly known as electromagnetic interference (EMI) devices, must adhere to the regulations and requirements of various countries.
