Art and Architecture: A Place Between

I must begin this review with a confession: I am ashamed to say that Art and Architecture: A Place Between has been sitting on my desk for two years. It moved, as I did, from London to New York, a constant reminder of that pile of books that should be read, but which remained unopened, gathering dust in my office. Part of the reason for my procrastination was the density of the publication. Although a small tome, the text is substantial and obviously academic with black-and-white images instead of the glossy coloured prints of comparable works.
