Singular Astro-Point Paradox: Nonclassical Gravitational Effects at Moon's Singular Locations

This is a comprehensive report on a research project, which has lasted about three decades, initially started in 1973. Through numerous reasonings and comparisons, astronomical effects on weather changes and on the triggering of major earthquakes are studied. Based on statistical analysis, historical records are first analyzed and shown to support a set of criteria foretelling the arrival of major weather systems or disastrous earthquakes. Then, in the past 12 years and in the past 6 years, respectively, this set of criteria has been successfully applied to conduct real-life forecastings of disastrous weather systems and imminent major earthquakes with much improved accuracy.
