Radiative emission during the threshold on‐state of a chalcogenide amorphous semiconductor

The technique for measuring the radiation emitted during the on‐state of a chalcogenide amorphous semiconductor threshold device is described. The implications of the radiation emission are described and the limitations of interpretive conclusions are pointed out.
