Determination of Real Extract Using the Alcolyzer Method

摘要

1. Results were received from eight collaborators who analyzed a total of six sample pairs. The data (sample specific gravity, alcohol, and real extract) were obtained using the Anton PAAR Alcolyzer method. No outliers were identified using Dixon's ratio test, and all results were used.rn2. Based on the paired t test for differences in the means for real extract, no statistically significant difference was found between the Alcolyzer and calculation methods.
