The ASBC Technical Committee and Subcommittee chairs coordinated 18 subcommittees during 2012-2013. As a result, the following method is being recommended for inclusion in the ASBC Methods of Analysis (MOA): 1.The Determination of Gluten using the R5 Competitive ELISA Method, chaired by Lindsay Guerdrum (New Belgium Brewing Co).
