The aviation industry is one of the most regulated industries and it is guided by international standards. As such, it is important for airline professionals to understand the legal context that guides their tactical and strategic decisions. Aviation is truly an international industry which blends frontiers and this implies that management's actions have far-reaching implications. As a result, aviation law was born out of necessity and globalisation.
