SESAR v. NextGen

SESAR and NextGen have addressed concepts related to 4D TBOs and arrival Traffic Synchronization. NextGen and SESAR diverge in their framework because they each serve very different industry structures and airspaces. SESAR is an organization that's more developed and structured than NextGen. Nonetheless, both organizations embrace the same basic concepts, such as network-manager, optimal operational concepts, and new communications systems.
