摘要

The National Airspace System (NAS) will change dramaticallyrnwhen the demand of airspace used by general aviation (GA) as the SmallrnAircraft Transport System (SATS) provides alternative for air transport. Asrna result, collision avoidance for GA will become the most concern tornaviation safety. The unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has rapidly growingrninto civilian applications. Low altitude airspace becomes more crowded.rnVarieties of conflict detection and resolution (CD&R) were required underrntwo and three maneuvering dimensions for GA and UAV. This paper focusesrnon efficient collision avoidance logic for GA and UAV based on ADS-R forrnNextGen. Heading change of horizontal resolution is more suitable forrnsmall GA or UAV flying in low altitude in the proposed CD&R model.rnSimulations using real ultralight flight data are tested to verify thernperformance and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.
