Trayed Instant Miso Soup Set

This is a "Miso" soup, an instant soybean paste soup, packed in a unique tray. For this miso soup, a package which is usually used for a tofu (soybean curd), is used. Dried ingredients such as cut tofu and kelp and seasoned miso paste are included. For the dried cut tofu, a raw tofu which is made by the tofu manufacturer, is freeze-dried to retain the smooth texture of the raw tofu.
