摘要

A superconducting flux transformer was designed and fabricated with a single-layer YBCO film deposited on a single crystal SrTiO_3 substrate (ø18mm) by magneto-sputtering method. A measurement system was set up and the properties of the flux transformer were evaluated using this system. Experimental results of the line scan and three-dimensional image show that the flux transformer has good flux-focusing property.
