平日と休日における都市内滞留者の時空間分布推定と地震被害想定への応用

Understanding characteristics of spatio-temporal distribution of population, which varies according to weekdays or holidays, is one of the most important issues in the field of urban disaster prevention planning. However, the existing person trip data based on weekdays cannot be used for estimating the spatio-temporal distribution of population on holidays. In this study we propose a method to convert the existing person trip data from weekday-base to holiday-base, and examine the differences in the spatio-temporal distribution of population. We also attempt to compare the number of people who might lose their lives under collapsed buildings on weekdays and holidays. Some new findings are demonstrated by numerical examples using the data about an established city area in Tokyo Metropolitan area.%わが国においては，近い将来，大規模な地震が発生すると考えら れており，地域防災計画への要請が高まっている。兵庫県南部地震 （1995年）は，多くの人々が自宅内に滞在している早朝に発生した が，もし昼間に発生していたら被害状況は大きく異なっていた可能 性がある。詳細な防災計画を策定するためには，時刻によってダイ ナミックに変化する都市内滞留者の空間分布を滞留者の属性と併せ て把握しておく必要がある。
