Testing Model for Office Building in Khartoum; Spatial Analysis Study

As conclusion, the most common features of the office buildings in Khartoum are the following: the floor area is between 300-400m2, the building depth (width) is between 16- 17m, floor height is between 3.4-3.6m, the structural system is concrete, the walls are brick walls finished on both sides, the windows are double-glazed aluminum windows, the external doors are double-glazed aluminum doors, and the eternal doors are aluminum doors and its panels are plywood and glass.
