USN solicits industry, fleet input for future small surface combatant

As part of a US Department of Defense (DoD)-directed effort to re-examine the future direction of US Navy (USN) small surface combatant developments, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issued two requests for information (RfIs) on 30 April to obtain industry feedback on ship designs and related technologies.
