DTM Global unveils iPod Touch recognition application

DTM Global (rebranded from DT Media in May 2010) launched Insight Mobile - a version of its successful identification and recognition software - at ITEC 2010, writes Giles Ebbutt.rnRunning on an iPod Touch, the software provides a handheld recognition trainer and is designed to allow users to carry a comprehensive recognition guide with them on operations. An 8 GB iPod Touch is capable of storing the details of approximately 1,500 ground vehicles or aircraft. The software can be synchronised and updated from a laptop or PC.
