Tunisian prime minister promises to form new government following murder of politician

In a Televised speech on 6 February, Tunisian prime minister Hamadi Jebali announced that he would dissolve the Islamist-led government and form a national unity administration of a cabinet of technocrats, following violent unrest on the streets of towns and cities across Tunisia following the murder of opposition politician Chokri Belaid.
