Satcom company OneWeb to join with TrustComm

UK-based OneWeb has agreed to acquire fellow satellite communications (satcom) company TrustComm. The company said on 10 May that its purchase of the US-based business will help it serve the US Department of Defense and other US government customers. Founded in 1999, TrustComm provides satcom services through several US government contracts. The company is based at Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base in Houston, Texas.
