Cubic merges its two defence businesses

Cubic Corporation has streamlined its organisation by combining its two defence business segments into one new entity. The new Cubic Mission and Performance Solutions (CMPS) segment replaces the Global Defense and Mission Solutions segments. CMPS will focus on providing systems and services for C4ISR and training. Cubic said the new structure will make the company more efficient, cut costs, and improve internal collaboration.
