Russian Helicopters plans to relaunch its stalled partial privatisation in 2012 following the postponement of the USD500 million stock market listing in London and Moscow earlier in 2011. The Russian government abandoned plans in May to sell about 20 per cent of Russian Helicopters, with sources close to the company citing investor concerns ranging from the Russian government's lack of transparency to the high valuation placed on the organisation.
