Cubic completes GATR acquisition

Cubic Corporation announced on 3 February that it had completed the acquisition of GATR Technologies. Cubic first announced the acquisition of Alabama-based GATR in December 2015 for a purchase price of USD232.5 million, with an additional contingent consideration of USD7.5 million. GATR, which manufactures inflatable satellite communication terminals, will be integrated into Cubic's Global Defence business unit.
