NGO releases evidence of Russian forces in the Donbass

The open-source non-governmental organisation (NGO) InformNapalm has published a report on over 40 types of Russian weaponry and specialist equipment that have been identified in the Donbass region of Ukraine as well as evidence of Russian cyber attacks that have targeted Ukrainian infrastructure and military databases.
