ICAO launches CORSIA mentoring scheme as storm clouds brew in Europe

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has launched a mentoring system, in which countries with significant regulatory capacity to help other states prepare for implementation of the CORSIA (Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation) scheme.
