A fully automatic palletiser

LANCIA Srl (Fiorano Modenese, MO) has built a compact high productivity palletizer for the end-of-line of an important company in the confectionery sector. Fully automatic, it has a portal structure with two infeed, accumulation and pick-up belts to bring the product to the palletizing area. In addition, a dividing sheet placer, this too automatic, is managed with the suction cups from the same grippers, further optimizing the functionality of the machine. When fully loaded, the palletizer transits outside on an idle roller conveyor, to enable retrieval by themselves operator. The empty pallet storage is loaded by hand, while the empty pallet transition cycle within the work area is automatic and motorized.
