A memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to investigate the feasibility of a combined hydro plant and aluminium smelter has been signed between Norsk Hydro and the Government of Angola.rnEfforts are now underway on the fact-finding stage of the project investigation, said the Norwegian industrial group.
