CMA CGM/OOCL add Piraeus call to Epic service

The French shipping line CMA CGM has said that its Epic service from Europe to the Indian Subcontinent and the Middle East will now call at Piraeus. This means that the corporation can offer its customers reduced transit times, for example Le Havre-Piraeus in just seven days. The new port rotation of the 56-day round-trip service is Southampton, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp, Le Havre, Piraeus, Khor Fakkan, Jebel Ali, Port Qasim, Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Jeddah, Malta, Tangier and back to Southampton. Port Said is no longer served. Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) agreed to join CMA CGM's Epic service in April, and now contributes one of the eight ships deployed in the service.
