Corrosion protection schemes for offshore constructions

The EU wants to produce a third of its electricity from renewable sources by 2020. According to member states' intentions, wind is to generate 14% of the power that will then be consumed. To further this aim, there are plans to build nearly 2,000 wind turbines in the waters off the German coast over the next ten years.
