Shipping lines named excellent training companies 2011

The German maritime shipping industry professional training association (Berufsbildungsstelle Seeschiffahrt e.V.) presented its excellent training company awards to two shipping lines for the first time this year. On the occasion of the 5th Bremen shipping congress, which was attended by 150 trade stalwarts and guests, the Bremen-based firm German Tanker Shipping and Hapag-Lloyd, headquartered in Hamburg, were honoured for their performances in training ship mechanics.
