Myanmar's government, which is gradually opening up the country to international businesses and investment, is looking for investors to enter into a public-private partnership to develop Mandalay international airport as a regional hub. Mandalay is the second largest city in the country. Investors are being sought to modernise the terminal and take over cargo operations, handling, maintenance and other tasks.
