GeoPost increases share in Seur

According to the express service provider Seur, whose head office is located in the Spanish capital Madrid and which handles around 50 million consignments annually, GeoPost's new majority holding is a further step towards full integration in the European GeoPost network. The newest Seur concessionaires acquired by GeoPost are local Seur branches in Zamora, Malaga, Seville and Melilla.GeoPost has invested a total of approximately EUR 380 million in the Spanish CEP network since it first bought into Seur in 2004. The majority holding of 55% comes on top of changes to the senior management of Seur.
