Latam not letting itself be blown off course

The Latin American Latam Airlines Group is under attack in Brazil and Argentina. First, the Argentinian government tried to force Chile's LAN from the capital city Buenos Aires' smaller airport, Jorge Newbery. The pretext was that it would in future only be open to national airlines, but this was not upheld by an Argentinian court. The Brazilian anti-monopoly authorities, on the other hand, prevailed in court. It accused four airlines of unlawful price fixing in their air cargo business between 2003 and 2005, and has now fined them.
