Over 1,000 young sports stars on board the 'Cruise Smeralda'

Grimaldi Lines recently provided a special maritime transport service for 1,100 sports stars under the age of 14 and their chaper-ones. The young athletes were participating in the finals of the 2016 CONI Kinder Trophy, which took place at the end of September. The youngsters, members of the Northern and Central Italian Olympic Committee Federations, departed from Livorno on 21 September on board the Cruise Smeralda and arrived in Cagliari the following day. The same vessel took them back to Livorno on 24 September.
