P3, a specialist for the development and management of European logistics properties, is currently developing a new 61,000 sqm building in its P3 Piotrkow park in central Poland. The facility is due to be completed in January 2018. The premises' excellent geographical location, right in the centre of Poland and directly by the Al motorway as well as other important road connections, creates good conditions for truck distribution operations at both the national as well as the international levels.
