Philip Leith and communication

I first met Philip Leith some 20 years ago when he was studying intellectual property and patents in Europe, focusing on the legal treatment of the ownership of information technologies and their products. We came into contact through a Hispano-British project entitled 'Communication and the Law: a Comparison of Systems of Common and Civil Law'. This collaboration took place during 1995 and 1996.
