摘要

Aiming to solve power quality problems caused by Electric Railway such as reactive power, unbalanced voltage and current harmonics, a complex power conditioner based on differentiation cascade H-bridge topology and balanced traction transformer is described herein. The paper has been proposed a special control strategy based on shift phase three-level hysteresis current control and priority compensating negative sequence strategy, and which includes kinds of advantages, such as fast dynamic responsibility, and composite power quality management. Simulation and prototype experimental results illustrated the feasible.
