Uruguay continues concession plan

Uruguay's presidentelect Mr Jose Mujica will reportedly continue the current government's plan to concession part of Uruguayan State Railways' (AFE) lines and services. After meeting with members of the current authority, Mujica decided that the best option to rehabilitate rail is to allow the private sector to take part through concession contracts, reports the BNamericas news agency.
