Refreshing change for Dutch trains

In a workshop with Netherlands Railways (NS), students of the Technical University Delft proposed gaming on your personal console, swivel chairs in a lounge concept, a choice between 'work & quiet' and 'meet & greet' zones, and fragrance strips to make train journeys a more positive and enjoyable experience. These ideas have helped inspire the modernisation and upgrading of NS' fleet of DD-AR trains.
