ANALYSIS OF THE PRESENT SITUATION AND THE TRENDS OF DEVELOPMENT OF WORK IN THE AREA OF PROCESS PETROLEUM OILS FOR RUBBERS AND RUBBER COMPOUNDS

Developments and use of petroleum process oils in rubber compounds used in the tyre industry was discussed. Influence of the aromatic content of oils on oil properties was graphically illustrated, and cancer risks of traditional and 憂ew' oils were discussed. Properties of rubber test compounds containing traditional and new oils were discussed and tabulated. The effects of restrictions on the sales and export of Russian domestic oils due to the REACH control system were mentioned. 18 refs.
