摘要

Using anionic polymerisation of propylene oxide with N-monooxypropylated aromatic amines, oligomeric stabilisers based on aniline and p-aminodiphenylamine were synthesised with different degrees of oxypropylation. The protective properties of these stabilisers were compared with those of the commercial stabiliser Diaphen FP in the composition of standard formulations of rubber mixes based on SKI-3 polyisoprene rubber. The effectiveness of the synthesised antioxidants was determined from retention of the elastic strength properties of vulcanisates subjected to thermooxidative ageing at a temperature of 100 deg C for 72h. In the case of a stabiliser based on aniline, the maximum protective properties were obtained for a stabiliser containing 60-70% isomers of N-trioxypropylated aniline, 7-10% N-monooxypropylated aniline and 10-12% N,N'-disubstituted aniline (balance - resins).
