Fifteen years of International Planning Studies

摘要

This is the first issue of International Planning Studies for 2010, the Journal is celebrating its 15th birthday and the Editors and Editorial Board have great ideas for the Journal for the year to come. As in 2009, 2010 will see two Special issues - one on 'The Recession and Planning' and one focussing on planning in Turkey - and two ordinary issues, for articles submitted under no specific heading, of which this, 15.1, is the first.
