The pace of development in simulation software is one of the key modern-day features of technological progress in the subsea remote intervention arena. That is the view of Martin Anderson, the chief executive officer of Aberdeen, Scotland-headquartered Triton Group Holdings, which has invested significant time and resources in research and development work into simulation software for subsea operations. That investment has yielded VMAX simulator technology - developed and delivered by Perry Slingsby Systems (PSS), one of the international group of businesses which comprise Triton - that is now being routinely fitted to PSS' ROV systems.
