New echosounder

Teledyne Odom Hydrographic, USA, has announced the launch of its new multibeam echosounder, the MB1. Designed and manufactured within the Teledyne Marine Group of companies, the new 120-degree sonar operates on user selectable frequency from 170kHz to 220kHz and features phase and amplitude bottom detection, 24-bit water column backscatter data, sidescan, snippets, lightweight titanium and acetal construction, optional integrated motion sensor and GPS heading system.
