In November 2011 a number of AMSI members took the opportunity to meet a delegation from China's National Centre of Ocean Standards and Metrology of State Oceanic Administration. It was clear from the discussion that the Chinese visitors, led by Professor Aina Wu, found much of interest and it was suggested that all participants should arrange to visit the Centre on their next trip to China. Members are reminded that AMSI's China manager, Mr Chen Li Ming, is available to assist them when they visit China and should contact John Murray if they require further information.
